TO ENCOURAGE our residents to maintain their independence, we have arranged our tariff on a user pays system where the more services we provide, the greater the cost.  The concept is to try to prevent dependency developing and support can be tailored to individual needs.

OUR BASE TARIFF for an individual single room with all 5 meals, Medications delivered from the pharmacy, First Aid, Introductions to various groups, availability of staff for advice and help over the 24 hour day, medical appointments arranged for local and specialist doctors with reminders given, and includes all activities.  THIS BASE TARRIF IS SET AT 76% OF THE PENSION benefit including rent assistance. The same tariff applies to individuals who are independent financial.

THE MAXIMUN COST FOR TOTAL USE OF EVERY SERVICE WHICH IS FULL PERSONAL CARE PLUS LAUNDRY SERVICE IS PEGGED TO 89% OF THE BASIC PENSION.
